The owner and office staff were nice and answered all our questions. The workers were polite, hard working and did a good job. We now have a beautiful metal roof.

I never had to contact anyone to do work on our house before, so I looked on Angie's list to find a company to do the work we wanted done on our house. I found several companies in my area that seemed to fill the bill. I decided to give AJ Door and Window Solutions a call. From the very first Phone call to AJ, it was clear that this is a first class company. The woman who took my call, Eve, worked with me to set up a time that was convenient for my wife and I to have someone come t our house to give us an estimate for our project. Derrick, the fellow who came out to give us the estimate was right on-time. First he showed us all the accreditations the company had, as well as pictures of previous homes they worked on. We had other companies come out to give us estimates, but Derrick took the time to listen to what we wanted, not just what they wanted to sell. He was extremely knowledgeable about the windows and siding we were looking to have installed. He answered all our questions. (I previously researched the windows we wanted so I knew a lot about them. Derrick never misrepresented anything about them) He also made some suggestions about our window choices that actually saved us money on installation. He then showed us the different types of siding available and explained everything about them. When he finished his extremely in depth presentation, we made our choice of the windows and siding we wanted. The windows and siding we chose are extremely high quality products. Derrick then measured everything up and gave us our estimate When we decided to go with AJ, I made it clear to them that we needed to have the work completed within a certain time frame. Eve assured me that they could meet my time line. A few days later, 2 other guys, Tom and James, came to take final measurements of everything. About a week prior to actually starting the work, Tom stopped by again just to make sure that everything was in order and to double check everything. I again stressed the importance of having the work completed on time. He assured me all would be well. On the day the work began, the window crew showed up early and John, the crew leader and his crew of 4 got right to work. I couldn't believe it, but they got all 18 windows installed in one day! I watched them and they did the job right. They took no shortcuts in their work. They had to stay late in order to finish, but when they left, everything was cleaned up and the windows looked great. John told me I would be amazed at how fast the siding guys worked as well. He wasn't exaggerating! The siding crew showed up on time and went to work. That crew was something else! All the remaining siding had to be removed before the house was wrapped in tyvek and re-sided. Each worker knew exactly what to do. They were as efficient as could be! 2 days later, our house looks better than new! New siding, soffit, fascia, gutters and downspouts! Everything was cleaned up each day. I would definitely hire these people again for any future work. I'd recommend them to anyone who wants a quality product with expert installation and all work is done in a professional manner.

We met the AJ rep at the Lebanon Builders Show and set up an appointment for a review of the project and an estimate of cost. Derrick arrived the following week as scheduled, took measurements, and spoke with us to determine what we were looking for. He provided a no pressure product overview and estimate. This was a much different experience than that of Renewal by Anderson. We were impressed by the products and Derrick. A straightforward proposal without pressure or hard sell "you must sign now to get the deal" tactics. We agreed on project cost and signed the contract he mailed to us. Another friendly rep visited as schedule to take final measurements. The siding work was scheduled first and ahead of the anticipated timeframe. The crew arrived on time. They were friendly, and explained the installation. They literally swarmed the house working like a well oiled machine. The work was perfect. One week later, the window crew arrived. Again, very friendly, professional and willing to answer any questions I had. This crew also worked like a well oiled machine and provided a professional looking job in less than a day. Cleanup after the job was thorough. Neighbors have already commented on the speed and quality of the work. Everyone we dealt with at AJ Window and Door Solutions was very friendly, informative, knew their work and products well, and did an excellent job of representing the company. We have already recommended them to friends and will not hesitate to do so again.

The Contractor John and his staff (Jesse) outstanding, they did everything and more that we asked for. Explained everything to both myself and wife. They were very respectful of our home and pet. Felt safe having them working on our home, had to leave a few times, left with no reservations. Clean up, perfect, nothing left behind. The one or two small hiccups where addressed and handled in a timely manner. We are very happy with the out come.

This is how all companies should function. The product, OKNA windows, are top line and beautiful, the price very reasonable, the installation impeccable. Our installer crew, Bob Sr & Bob Jr Martier, are Craftsmen! 13 windows, some huge, completed in less than two days flawlessly. I recommend this company and this crew, if you can get them.

This company was a real pleasure to work with. They always answered our questions and returned phone calls. Their work is superb and the end product is beautiful and solid. Their components are top of the line. The best thing about working with AJ Window & Door Solutions was getting to know their workers. They are friendly, clean and polite. When they were finished, the work site was clean with nothing left lying around. One word of advice: schedule early. This company is busy as they should be.
